Guided by compassion, grounded in collaboration

The Depression Center Toolkit is an online resource created by the Eisenberg Family Depression Center to guide individuals and families through their mental health journey. It brings together trusted information, self-assessments, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies to help people better understand mental health disorders, explore treatment options, and learn ways to manage symptoms.

The Toolkit was created with insights from mental health experts, patients, family members, and the broader community. It supports anyone affected by depression, bipolar disorder, or stress-related challenges — as well as those who want to support others or raise awareness. It’s designed to empower you with knowledge, offer compassionate guidance, and promote recovery and resilience at every stage of mental health care.
