Registration is online only. Registration costs must be paid using a credit or debit card. Alternative payment options including cash, check, purchase order or short code are not accepted.
No refunds will be granted for this conference. In the case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the planning team following the conference.
