Description
The Phased Large Awards for Comparative Effectiveness Research (PLACER) PCORI Funding Announcement (PFA) seeks to fund high-quality patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER) projects that will address critical decisions faced by patients, families, caregivers and the broader health and healthcare community and for which there is insufficient evidence. Applications should address one of four of PCORI�s National Priorities for Health, which include: (1) Increase Evidence for Existing Interventions and Emerging Innovations in Health; (2) Achieve Health Equity; (3) Accelerate Progress Toward an Integrated Learning Health System; and (4) Advance the Science of Dissemination, Implementation and Health Communication.
