The Capacity Building grant program assists health-focused, community-based organizations in becoming stronger, more effective institutions within their community by meeting basic organizational needs, allowing them to spend more time and energy focused on their mission. It also supports collaborative efforts among providers, service agencies, and community-based organizations to cooperatively address health issues in a sustainable way.
