Stefanie Block, Ph.D., is a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of Michigan. Her research interests include anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive conditions including hoarding and body-focused repetitive disorders and understanding how psychotherapy affects the brain. She is investigating the use of real-time fMRI neurofeedback and development of treatments, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
Dr. Block earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Michigan in 2018.
