Engaging events for researchers and our community at large.
Despite the changes and turmoil of the past few months, Twitter remains an important platform for academics to share their work, learn from others, and be visible to journalists, policymakers and stakeholders. If you’ve been tweeting for a while, just “lurking” or you have a dormant or new account, join this session for a demonstration of key Twitter concepts and tactics led by Kara Gavin, manager, Research & Policy Media Relations, IHPI and Michigan Medicine.
During this interactive one-hour session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about tweeting as a biomedical researcher or healthcare provider. If you have a Twitter account already, plan to log in from your computer or mobile device during the session. If you don't have an account yet, sign up for one before the session.
This free session is open to current and prospective EFDC members.
