SangHyun Lee, Ph.D. is the Robert B. Harris Collegiate Professor & John L. Tishman CM Faculty Scholar and leads the Dynamic Project Management Group at the University of Michigan. The Dynamic Project Management (DPM) Laboratory at the University of Michigan pursues empathetic construction and infrastructure management. The industry faces issues such as high worker fatality rate and a shortage of skilled labor, an aging workforce and lack of inclusivity. The goal of the lab is to better understand diverse persepectives, learn from people's inner states and their interaction with others, as a basis for safe, productive and inclusive environments.
